Wingate Test

A test devised by Oded Bar-Orr from the Wingate Institute in Israel, characterized by 30 s of all-out cycle exercise against a pre-determined resistance, allowing the computation of peak power and power decrement. It is a test that indirectly stresses the muscle anaerobic capacity.
